The lady I spoke to was very helpful when I phoned for advice on which doll to choose, even though it was a very busy time pre Christmas. The goods arrive the next day and I was very pleased with them - good quality. I think the website is easy to follow. All in all the company has a genuine desire to please. I can't fault them.
