I have bought different brand of dolls from Petalina for example Kidz 'N" Cats, Sylvia Natterer Finouche and Gotz. The service has been excellent any questions I had were answered and even photos of the dolls in stock. Love the text message with a window of when the goods will be delivered so you can carry on with other daily activities. The packaging was beautiful with Pink tissue and Cate signature Pink ribbon wrapped around the tissue. Happy Customer
