It is always a pleasure to purchase from Petalina.
The site is easy to negotiate and they are quick to inform you of new stock, what is on order and when it arrives. You can also reserve that special must have item if it isn't in stock yet.
They are friendly and their communication is excellent, and the items arrive quickly and safely.
I haven't had to return anything yet so cannot comment on their returns policy but this is because everything has been so excellent.
