We are so impressed! The website is attractive, easy to navigate....and fun. We researched our doll, so we know you have the best price; then when we ordered (on a weekend), we wondered how long this might take. No worries. We received an automated reply on Monday; our order was shipped the next day and......wait for it......we had it at our post office eight days later. Eight days. In perfect shape. Did I mention that I live in Canada? Newfoundland, to be precise. This means that our order had to go to Montreal first and then sent on to us. Eight days. Wonderful! We will definitely recommend you when people enquire about our doll. And they will. We are tickled to death with Robert...but that's for another review.
