The Petalina website is easy to use. The customer service is very responsive and friendly. Petalina's dolls are very competitively priced. The price for shipping the item to America is very reasonable as well. I can buy a doll from Petalina and have it shipped to America for less than it cost to buy one of these doll in America. Petalina's dolls are so beautiful and I love that Petalina sells a variety of multicultural dolls. I was also amazed at how fast the dolls I ordered arrived to America. I'll definitely shop here again.
