Service received from Petalina was excellent. Cate was responsive & pleasant in my email communication. Doll had been described correctly and priced fairly. Doll was well packaged when shipped for the trip to Arizona. Word of advice...if you want to create an account on Petalina do so before placing the order not while trying to pay...That did not seem to work. I did not have any luck tracking the item using the order number using that method. Hopefully the tracking results would be better if one has an established account before purchase. Will definitely consider purchasing from Petalina again.
