I can't say enough about how impressed I am with both Petalina's service and products. First, Cate's well-written description of all merchandise set Petalina apart from other retail venues. Second, Cate responded very promptly to my several inquiries before I placed my order, and her knowledgeable insights helped me decide exactly what I wanted to order. Third, The dolls and clothes arrived very nicely wrapped. I am already planning another order to Petalina.
