I wanted a bath doll for my grand daughter. I found the website very informative but emailed a couple of times to ask specific questions about the dolls. The replies were very prompt and helpful and it was a personal response, specific to my request which was great. The ordering process was clear and easy and the delivery was very fast as I wanted the doll within a few days. It was delivered within two days of ordering , with prior notification by text , of a one hour slot. The recipient family were out so they arranged to collect from a small, local shop nearby the following day which was convenient and again with prior notification of delivery time. The packaging was good . I had another query about the doll's hair- whether it could be washed in the bath and taken out of the bunches style. I emailed customer services and again received a prompt positive response which was much appreciated. It was excellent service in all aspects and certainly felt a very personal service with people who really knew the products. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.
