I just purchased my first Gotz dolls and when they arrived, I was thrilled, they are beautiful! The website is very easy to use and Cate and her staff are wonderful and patient, I asked alot of questions and they were all answered very quickly. The shipping was affordable and faster than I thought, I live in the U.S.. I will purchase more dolls from here in the future, great experience.
