Petalina is a delight to deal with. My beautiful Gotz Hannah doll was despatched promptly and very well packaged with lovely pink tissue and ribbon. It arrived in Australia very quickly and in perfect condition just wonderful! I will certainly be shopping at Petalinas again as they show great consideration to customer service and satisfaction not so common these days.
