Thank you Petalina, once again. The website is clear and easy to use with lots of details about the products. I have never had to return a thing, my girls are always pleased with their dolls, doll clothes and accessories. The one time I had to call as my card details could not be entered, Cate was very helpful and understanding customer service was number 1. Packaging is lovely and speedy delivery. Also the Petalina blog on social media is a joy to read!
