The website was easy to navigate, with beautiful images and lots of information. Ordering was simple and I had a confirmation straight away. I also had a phone call the next day to say my order was out of stock, but that I could choose a doll without its box top for a reduced price. I was happy with this; the doll arrived and was perfect, and the refund was processed promptly. Wonderful service and wonderful product.
