This was my second order from Petalina.Not only did I receive my orders in a timely manner,the merchandise itself is superb!My first order was Marie (doll),and my second
clothes and accessories.The way the order comes encased in bubble wrap, with pink tissue and some in pink mesh bags with bows,every detail shows this company cares about their merchandise as well as their customers.I've not had to return anything but feel this company would definitely stand behind every purchase.I will continue to shop with them.
