Cate personally adjusted my orders and made certain that I was set to receive exactly what I wanted, even though I dithered and asked for an additional outfit after ordering the doll. The dolls and clothing arrived packaged with pink tissue and ribbon tags, which made me feel like part of a little celebration rather than just ripping through brown boxes. With another company, I had to request a refund for the VAT, as I am in the States. But with Petalina I never worry. It's all in hand with them, down to the smallest detail.
