We love the website, it's full of beautiful, high quality dolls and accessories that you don't find everywhere and accordingly have received so many compliments when out with our purchases. The customer service is fantastic, quick response to any enquiries we've made, whether it is regarding a product or an order. The reward points are great and can be redeemed against the next order or saved up. Delivery was super quick with my item arriving the next day, I also like that it was delivered by DPD as they give you a 1hour time slot when the delivery is due, saving us from having to wait in all day! I can't recommend Petalina highly enough.
