The purchase process was good, the doll arrived in a few days. The quality of the doll is exceptional. My daughter loves it. The skin tone and hair are beautiful. The clothes are very pretty and of very good material.
The only minor quibble I have is that I didn't get a tracking number with my order nor was I informed of shipping dates or delivery ETA. It was a bit of a suspense till the doll showed up.
