I purchased a Sylvia Natterer Finouche Brigitte doll from Petalina. I live in the US. The shipping was prompt and the doll is absolutely lovely and everything I could have wanted. The box was heavily damaged and banged around during shipping and arrived to me crushed. Because of the amount that the doll had shifted around during shipping, she had rubs on her nose, eyebrow line, both arms and the backs of both legs where her body had contacted and rubbed against her box. I was able to remove the rubs with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, so all is well in that respect and my doll is perfect again. Cate is working to help get my shipping refunded due to the damage to the box and ensured that I was happy with my doll even though she had such a rough ride (I am 100% thrilled with the doll). I am amazed at the customer service at Petalina and the care that is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. I am looking forward to repeat purchases and I'm looking forward to sewing for my new doll!
