The Petalina website is so descriptive of their dolls, etc. which makes the selection easy! I was trying to use my Federal Union debit card and it was encountering problems when the customer service person came to our rescue. She was on it and solved the problem for us. The speed of delivery was excellent and made our 9 year old granddaughter very happy!! This has been our consistent experience with Petalina and we highly recommend them.
