Could not be more impressed with the service, delivery and packaging. Found the website very easy to navigate with lots of photographs and helpful descriptions on size and suitability. This helped us to choose a beautiful Gotz doll for our daughter's birthday. I was worried it was a little late for delivery, so emailed Petalina, the doll arrived very very quickly, carefully packaged up with the extras we had ordered neatly inside the box which was wrapped up in pink tissue paper with a little bow. Our daughter loves her doll which is excellent quality. Will definitely use Petalina again and would recommend to others.
