I have now purchased 3 dolls through PETALINA which in itself should tell you how happy I am with their service. The dolls came promptly and well packed. I am an overseas buyer. The only down side, and it's not Petalinas fault but the shipping company's, is the tracking system doesn't work very well at all. I will however continue to buy through PETALINA as they have a marvellous selection and their customer service is brilliant.
