Delighted with the baby doll which we have bought for our 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I feel the service was exceptional, from the initial order to receiving the doll. We were very impressed with the packaging- she came in a lovely presentation box, and obviously a great deal of thought has gone into the presentation- so much nicer than the plastic packaging so often seen elsewhere. We are so looking forward to seeing her face as she unwraps this present.
