Order has not arrived and the customer service was shocking. They told me that I had to go and track the order down from the sorting office. Not sure how i am supposed to do this, when the parcel was meant to be sent to a business address - opening times 6.30am - 11pm. so cannot see why Royal Mail could not deliver!! I was told until i can prove that it hadnt been delivered they would not do anything. I explained that i do not have time to do this so they said get one of my staff to go!!! The attitude was shocking!! Never will i buy from this company again.
