This was my first order with Petalina but definitely won't be the last. I had excellent service - Cate even emailed me to make absolutely sure I was aware that the doll I was ordering had a slightly damaged box, even though she had clearly stated this in the description. I was notified when the doll was going to arrive and she was very securely packaged.
