I wanted to ensure that the Gotz doll we ordered arrived in time for Christmas. We are currently abroad so I could get a shipping company to get the doll to us. I needed to make sure that the doll was not delayed in any way. I telephoned Petalina and the lady was very helpful and made sure that the Gotz doll was despatched that same day by courier to the shipping company. We received the doll the following week, thanks. The Gotz doll lived up to our expectations and we had an extremely happy young girl on Christmas day.
