I bought a washable, soft-bodied Gotz muffin baby doll 33 cms, a stroller and some clothes and shoes. I am happy with the items, the purchasing process and the delivery, but what I am absolutely over the moon about is the very conscientious customer service. I originally intended to buy a different doll, but decided to ask a few questions first. I left an answerphone message and was amazed to be called , quite late, by Cate. I explained my mission:- first doll for a rumbustious 20 month old. she steered me away from the doll that I was going to buy and towards the hardy Gotz Muffin. I'm so very pleased that I had that advice and can't wait until my Granddaughters birthday! Cate is a gifted entrepreneur who has built an excellent customer service team around her.
