I live in the United States and was a little leery of purchasing dolls from out of the country. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Throughout the process I was kept informed of what was occurring. The only thing I had an issue with was the tracking function. I never was sure where my package was once it arrived stateside. But, it arrived and the dolls were in perfect shape. Just love the Gotz Happy Kidz dolls.
