Great experience purchasing from this store, outstanding/ reliable customer service, addressed all of my questions in a timely manner. Since I was ordering from the US I wasn't sure how long shipping would take, and I have to say shipping was fast, about a week from purchase to receiving the dolls. The dolls are exactly as described, high quality, beautiful dolls, some of which are hard to find. Absolutely love all my purchases from Petalina and will happily buy from this store again.
