I ordered at 10:46 on Thursday the confirmation email came through at 10:49. I paid for Next Day Delivery. The cut off time for next day was 11am.
Items were despatched on Friday, not delivered until Monday and no reason given, no apology, no refund for the additional postage I paid for.
A very unhappy 2 year old who didn't receive the gift she was promised on Sunday.
Disappointing service.
