My first purchase from Petalina was promptly shipped and arrived well packed on 5th July. My questions were answered by Cate within a few hours, which I thought was quite amazing considering the time difference.
I love the doll I purchased she is exceptionally well made and dressed. Actually I was so impressed by the service provided, I purchased another doll today and she has already been shipped!
