I bought Melanie Finouche and it was very easy to navigate the website. With lots of information about the doll and photos. The delivery was very well thought out. Text and email information keeping me updated with a chance to change date if needed. On the day of delivery I was given a one hour window for delivery so I could get on with my day. The doll was packed in pink tissue with Cate pink signature ribbon such a nice thought. Cate was very helpful from start to finish. Plus after sales was excellent Cate seeing I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Petalina I have been a customer for several years. Cate and her team are so helpful nothing to much to ask.
