When I contacted Petalina and spoke to Cate about the possibility of obtaining a wooden cradle which was no longer shown on their website for my granddaughter, I was unaware of the efforts she and her team would take to make a little girl happy. This is the second time I have brought presents for my grandchildren from Petalina and I cannot fault them for the care , effort and consideration they put in to fulfil my requests.
