Recent experience with Petalina and comparison with some other doll shops has made me realize Petalina's is the best!! Customer service from start to finish is A+++. Communication is great and speedy. My package arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The prices are more reasonable at Petalina than at most shops which is much appreciated. I will be going back to them for my next doll purchase for sure.
