The speed of delivery was outstanding the doll arrived within 7 days of despatch from UK to NZ. We were impressed with the robust packaging as very often with items shipped long distance the packaging can crushed in this case it arrived in pristine condition. All round excellent service and ultimately a very happy young girl with her birthday present.
