In my experience Petalina is by far the best doll retailer in terms of customer service, personal touch and attention to detail. They are always very helpful on the phone and are happy to spend time with you to help you choose the right doll. I've been buying from them for the last 5 or 6 years and always had a great service. Cate personally inspects all the dolls so you can always be sure that there will be no problems like shedding wigs, etc because all dolls are thoroughly checked.
