The overall customer service was good, although sometimes a bit lacking in product knowledge. We were a bit a bit disappointed in the fact our vehicle was promised for delivery in March and we did not Receive our Defender until June. On a positive we were supported with a courtesy vehicle for three months to cover the period we were without a car so this made up for the lateness of our delivery.
The service on the day of collection was excellent, where we were made to feel welcome and the unveiling of our car in the showroom was special.
