was a bit unsure to begin with about committing to 4 years for a car but once all was explained to me I had no hesitation in completing the deal.
my wife and I felt that the service was superb from the minute we walked through the door when the receptionist asked if she could help and offered us tea, coffee or a cold drink.
the salesman was superb and explained everything thoroughly to us.
so in general totally professional with no pressure to close the deal.
