I was very pleased with the service provided by the Senior Sales Advisor both during the negotiation period when trying to agree an acceptable deal for both parties and for subsequent dealings with both him (for the majority of correspondence) and his stand-in / replacement during his brief time away for vacation. At no time was I left waiting for information. Any queries raised by me were answered promptly and I received regular updates on the car build etc. during this process. Overall for this transaction I was very satisfied.
