I called into your showroom to get an idea of what trade-in I could expect from my current car and what offers were available. I was seen to by John Clifford who was able to give me exact answers to all the questions I had, and i had plenty!! He was informative, professional and friendly. John was so thorough that I decided to go ahead and make a purchase that day! So much for just getting an idea! I have been very happy with the decision I made and felt confident that John had helped me find the best car for my needs. The aftercare I have received has also been exceptional, with further communications with Fiona by post and John by text.
