Our sales experience was good, but on the day of the handover I received a call an hour before I was due to be there saying my car wouldn't be ready (didn't have the V5 so couldn't tax it?!) I asked for it to be sorted ASAP and I got a call an hour later saying it was ready! Confused as to what happened.
Then when I went to pick it up the actual handover took almost 2 hours (ridiculous). My car mats were missing and took 20 minutes for the guy to locate, then I found scratches on the door handles of my brand new car! I now need to arrange for it to go in to the body shop. Not the best experience I've had.
