Trying to buy a new 235i at near £40k couldn't get a response, called dealer who told me salesman away and would get back to me. Business manager couldn't be bothered neither could the salesman on the other end of the phone. The original salesman never did get back to me.
5 emails, 2 phone calls and many broken promises.
What do you have to do to get some sort of customer service.
