Staff made you welcomed on arrival and helped you with anything you need to know. They asked if you would like a cup of tea, coffee or whatever you want to drink - they made it and brought it to you. They answer any questions about the car and not sure went and asked someone else who would be able to answer the question. The whole process went well cannot fault them on anything
