Overall the process was good once I started to deal with the sales people. The website was not so helpful. I was looking for an Astra Tourer (estate car) but could not search for that specific model on the site. I had to troll through all the Astras and only by chance noticed a photo on the Aberdeen site that looked like a Tourer but was described as a hatchback. I called the Aberdeen garage and they went out to look at the car and confirmed it was a Tourer. That was the car I finally bought.
One other point was confusion over the Road Tax. On the website, the car was described as having £0 road tax but this was not really correct. The car did have £0 tax in its first year of registration but was a Level B and therefore taxed at £20 from then on.
I would stress though that I saw these as issues with the website and was happy with all staff I came in contact with.
