staff very good and informative usual to and fro when buying the car but no different than any other garage. vey good when picking up the new car especially the girl who took us through the usual paperwork and made a stressful experience very easy( sorry i cannot remember her name but you should be able to get it from the paperwork as she deserves special mention}
