Salesman was excellent, but car was 2 weeks later than I expected, phoned a few times for an invoice to be sent out to me, I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Once I paid for the car it seems that is where the customer service ends. I purchased a viva, I am very happy with the car, but I need an invoice for gap insurance as proof, not a purchase order, which differs slightly. As I said salesman was excellent, but not even an email or phone call to follow up and I wasn't informed of the 1 year breakdown service, which I found out about from a friend. The staff are lovely and very helpful, just very lacking in aftercare service.
