Worst customer service I have experienced avoid at all costs.
Staff will make arrangement to call and discuss complaints and not follow up. Happened to myself on all three occasions.
Paid for a service that was partially completed and they refused to reimburse for work that had not been carried out even though it had been paid for.
Make sure you use recommended mechanics and not these monkeys who lack competence to assess the cars safety critical systems.
Extremely disappointed by these time wasters.
