I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service received by Scott Brown. He was very knowledgeable about cars that I was looking for, listened to what I was looking for and was never bombastic. Scott never made me feel pressurised but systematically went through all I needed to know.
When fetching the car, Katie Johnstone was also very professional. Made me feel like a valued customer even though I was purchasing a second hand car.
