After the initial disappointment and frustration at being kept waiting for 50 minutes for the salesperson who had phoned me at home and made an appointment time the rest of the purchase was satisfactory and the replacement salesperson Mark was very efficient. The most annoying part of it all was that the original salesperson did not even have the courtesy to apologise for being unable to fulfil the appointment.
