Everything explained very quickly, and checking I was happy before moving on. Friendly, and attentive. Was not told that my first payment would be over twice the monthly amount though (on Christmas Eve too). I know that they are dealing with the car side of things in the showroom (and not the finance details) but would have appreciated the heads-up about this. Otherwise no problems and pleased with my new car.
