Before Sales: After initially trying to sell me a car which was over my budget and didn't meet my minimum requirements, we eventually managed to get them on board with the plan and got a car that was actually suitable. Overall happy with the service, but could've been quicker in actually getting there by simply listening. Or offering "deals" that are actually deals... Sales: After being promised a car on a certain day and then having to wait an additional 3 days to get it was annoying, however Peter Vardy made up for this by delivering it and offering a full tank of petrol. Overall happy with the way the problem was resolved. After Sales: Once the car arrived a minor fault was picked up in the first 3 days of driving. Peter Vardy had this fixed under the warranty within 2 weeks. The only thing that could've been done better is the communication was a bit lax on who should be dealing with this and who to get updates from. Overall: Not too bad but glad its over. Also don't believe them if they say at the sales stage they will give you a freebie of any kind - they will forget.
