I bought an ex demo vxr from Perth branch the car came with a lot of issues (only one key ,chips on body work ,no front parking scensors fitted ,no gap insurance paperwork,no security codes for the vehicle ,service book not stamped,tyre pressure monitoring system faulty and a piece of bodywork missing from the body kit)which I was assured would be rectified in due course.That was ten days ago and after numerous calls to the branch and many excuses as to why no one ever calls me back when I did eventually get to speak to salesman that was dealing with the car I was told that everything would be taken care of ,nothing as yet has been done to get the car back to have the problems rectified.I have also spoken to the sales manager who again has told me that the issues will be resolved after his manager has spoken to me by phone call which I am still waiting on and then they will arrange to get the car fixed.I feel that 10 days has been more than enough time to get the car repaired and returned to me in the condition that it should have given to me in the first place.As a returning customer I feel severely let down and was willing to give the branch time to resolve the issues to enable me to give a positive feedback but as I seem to be getting nowhere fast I have to give negative feedback and say at this time I will not be returning to the business for future purchases.
